Serviced Apartments
A serviced apartment is a fully furnished condo that can be booked for different periods of time and is fully equipped with your everyday utensils. Both short and long stays are possible. You only need to bring your suitcase for the check-in, everything else is catered for in a serviced apartment.
Each of our apartments has a kitchenette equipped with a stove and refrigerator (in some categories also an oven, microwave, or dishwasher). The following items are also part of the equipment:
- Coffee maker
- Kettle
- Pots & pans
- Cutlery & dishes
In addition, a modern flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi are available in each apartment. A cleaning service and linen change can be booked at any time at short notice. Washing machines and dryers are available for use in the building. Apart from the apartment’s equipment, you’ll also be able to book free-of-charge equipment such as an iron and ironing board, a clothes horse, vacuum cleaner or floor mop.
Temporary living
It is often business travelers who make use of serviced apartments. However, our apartments are also ideal for private travelers – for example for a city trip to Berlin. In fact, individuals are particularly fond of staying in serviced apartments when arriving in a foreign city and searching for a new place to live.
In comparison to hotels, serviced apartments are more homely. They offer more privacy, but at the same time they are less anonymous. Above all, the rates are significantly lower than those of hotels, too. The longer the stay, the more affordable the rates become. Our central location offers the possibility to fully experience the capital’s lifestyle even during a temporary stay.
