What time is my apartment available?

Check-in is possible from 3 pm. In some cases we can also offer an early check-in – please contact us.

What if I arrive late?

This is not a problem. We have a code box at the entrance from which you can get your key at any time.

When do I have to leave the apartment?

The departure time is 10 am. Please contact us if you want to stay longer in the apartment.

How does the check-out work?

Since the payment for your apartment was made at the beginning of your stay you can simply leave the key in the apartment and close the door behind you.

Do I have to bring my own bed linen and towels?

Your apartment is ready to move in with towels and bed linen. You only need to bring your personal belongings and groceries with you.

How often is my apartment cleaned?

For stays of one month or more a fortnightly cleaning with linen change is included. You are welcome to book additional cleaning and/or linen changes. Simply contact us via email at info@suiteandapart.de!

Is breakfast available?

No, we do not offer breakfast. You have the opportunity to prepare breakfast in your kitchen yourself. In addition there are numerous cafés and restaurants in the vicinity that serve excellent breakfast.

Is there a washing machine?

Yes, in our Elisabeth Apartments you can use a shared laundry room for a small fee. The Yoo Apartments have their own washing machine in each apartment.

Are Pets allowed?

In consideration of allergy sufferers pets are not allowed.

Are there smoking and non-smoking apartments?

Smoking is not permitted in our apartments. Should you smoke we have to charge an additional cleaning in the amount of EUR 500.00. You are welcome to smoke in the courtyard or at the main entrance.

How can I receive mail and parcels?

The Elisabeth Apartments have a shelf in the entrance area where you can find your mail. When shipping make sure to put C/O SUITE & APART on the letter or package – unfortunately we can not offer you an own mailbox.

 

Is there a fee for WiFi?

No, the internet is an inclusive service. You will receive your access data on arrival or in your apartment.

Booking

What does short stay and long stay mean?

Stay up to 30 days = short stay and stay from 30 days = long stay.

Do I pay everything at once or monthly?

For long stay we bill you month after month if you wish. Shortstay are paid 100% before or upon arrival (cash, EC or credit card).

Is there a deposit?

No deposit is due for short stay. Long stay requires a deposit of EUR 500.00 (Elisabeth Apartment) and EUR 1000.00 (Yoo Apartment) on the day of arrival by credit card, EC card or in cash. Another option is to make the deposit by bank transfer before arrival. This will be refunded on the day of departure after the final cleaning.
